There is a refundable damage and breakage deposit of £ 400 to be paid in advance.

Payment method

  • All prices are in GBP £. The easiest method of payment is by direct bank (wire) transfer and we also accept cheques.
  • If you wish to pay in another currency please consult your bank for the exchange rate.

Rental rates include:

  • Use of water, gas and electricity
  • Final cleaning.
  • For 2 week rentals up to 4 hours of cleaning and change of bed linen, towels and tea towels on the middle Saturday.
  • Daily maintenance of the pool and garden (in season).

Rental rates exclude:

  • Central heating.
  • Telephone calls and Internet access.
